RESPONSE TO THE FEDERAL INJUCTION AGAINST

JOHN T. HOANG INDIVIDUALLY AND

D.B.A. TAX-SMART TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

On May 22, 2008 Universal Interactive was informed that Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services have been barred from preparing federal tax returns and promoting tax schemes. Universal Interactive has provided web development services and web hosting to Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services. Universal Interactive has been preparing the transition of all project and websites that involved Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services for more than a year now due to other issues between the two companies. Because of this latest information concerning Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services we are left with no choice but to sever all ties with both of them and take legal action to collect the outstanding invoices. We are deeply sorry for the customers of Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services for this inconvenience but we cannot in good faith continue to work with either party. If you have a website that was provided by Mr. John T. Hoang and TAX-SMART Technology Services and would like to continue to have it hosted or additional development done please feel free to contact us at info@universalii.com and we will be more than happy to work with you.
